Shane MacGowan and Friends - I Put a Spell on You

After the devastating 2010 earthquake, MacGowan and Victoria Clarke quickly assembled a group of friends and set about recording a version of the song.
The recording session took place in London on January 29, 2010. However Johnny
Depp recorded his part in LA on February 18.
Shane MacGowan on Simon Cowells charity single:
"When I heard that shite, I thought 'f*** it', let's show him how
it's done' and that's how we came to do our version of 'I Put A Spell On You'.
That's what a charity single should sound like, Tree Trunk Neck."
Cait O'Riordan's response:. "Tree Trunk Neck!, I love it.
That's the best description of Simon Cowell I've ever heard."
